RETURN AND EXCHANGE
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a refund or 45 days for store credit.
Customers are responsible for the return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
To initiate a return, please email returns@mikithelabel.com :
- Subject: Return #ORDERNUMBER.
- On the email body enter: your name, your order number and the email you used to make the purchase.
- Specify your eligible item(s) you would like to return.
- Specify your return reason.
- After submitting, await approval and the return shipping address.
Your request will be reviewed and approved in 3-5 business days. Once your return has been authorized, we will provide the return address to mail your order to.
We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the product you want, return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
