RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a refund or 45 days of delivery for store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging). 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please email returns@mikithelabel.com with the following:

 

Subject line:
Return #ORDERNUMBER

In the email body, include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email used to place the order

  • The eligible item(s) you wish to return

  • Your reason for return

Once submitted, please allow 3–5 business days for your request to be reviewed.
If approved, you will receive confirmation along with the return shipping address.

 

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable;

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return your item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.
